• Ratings and reviews based on our proprietary scoring methodology
• Advertising products for chiropractic practices including Verified Badges, Special Offers, Enhanced Profiles, and Featured Spotlights
• Listing claim and verification for practice owners

3. Advertising Products & Payments

Advertising products are billed on a recurring monthly basis through a secure payment processor. By purchasing a product, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.

• All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove advertising content that is misleading, inappropriate, or violates these Terms.

4. Communications Consent

By submitting a form on this website, you consent to receive emails, SMS text messages, and phone calls from Grow Your Chiropractic Practice (operated by AI Security Edge LLC).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Security Edge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your advertising will be removed from our platforms at the end of your current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
